How to Enable Stripe in PEST-APP with PAY NOW

If you run a pest control business, getting paid on the spot matters. That’s exactly why PEST-APP includes PAY NOW, Stripe’s integrated payments service powered by Temisoft. With PAY NOW, your team can accept payments on-site or online, use Tap & Go, generate QR codes, and drop PAY NOW links into SMS or email, so every completed job can become a paid invoice in a few taps.

What is PAY NOW (and why enable Stripe through it)?

PAY NOW is the only payment solution fully integrated with PEST-APP, designed specifically for pest management businesses. Key benefits include:

Tap & Go contactless: on-site, customers tap and pay instantly.

QR code payments: show a one-time QR from PEST-APP for immediate
checkout on the customer’s device.

Flexible payment methods: major cards, bank transfers, and supported local options.

Payment links via SMS or email: perfect for after-visit invoices.

Security built-in: PCI compliance and 3D Secure (3DS) to help prevent
fraud/chargebacks.

Fraud protection– Stripe Radar.

Smart recovery– Adaptive Acceptance, and automatic retries recover failed
payments.

One place to manage it all – view payments, refunds, and reporting inside PEST-APP.

Steps to Enable Stripe in PEST-APP

1) Open payments settings

In PEST-APP, go to Settings → Payments → Stripe

2) Connect or create your Stripe account

Click Connect to Stripe. Sign in or create a new Stripe account and

complete onboarding. You’ll return to PEST-APP once connected.

3) Choose payment methods

Enable the payment method through which you want to accept.

4) Turn on smart protections (recommended)

• 3D Secure (3DS) for risky transactions.

• Review Radar suggestions weekly to keep fraud low.

5) Activate fast ways to pay in the field

• Tap & Go: take contactless payments right after the job.

• QR codes: display a unique QR from the job in PEST-APP for instant pay on the
customer’s phone.

6) Add “PAY NOW” links to your templates

Insert your PAY NOW link into invoice and reminder templates (and your job-completion email) so customers can pay online anytime via SMS/email.

7) Send your next invoice

From the job or the office, send the invoice with a PAY NOW link. You’ll see status updates and reporting directly inside PEST-APP, no separate gateway login required.

Professional Pest Manager Magazine Aug/Sept 2005 – Temisoft set to unveil exciting (greener) future

Australia’s benchmark developer and distributor of integrated business management software solutions for Australian pest managers, Temisoft, appear set to create an information management revolution which will be
good news for pest managers, and the environment.

Thousands of trees may be spared from being felled for paper. Millions of litres of petrol may avoid being burnt on unnecessary journeys back to base. And countless hours of pest management technicians’ time will be devoted to productive work rather than to returning to base to catch up on the paperwork.

Professional Pest Manager Magazine October November 2010 – New Technology Drives Efficiency

Striving for efficiency and, with it, moving towards a paperless or at least minimal paper office, has driven one of Sydney’s leading pest management companies to not just adopt but embrace new age, customised, service industry software.

Professional Pest Manager (PPM) first covered Ant-Eater Environmental Services way back in 2002 when we talked, largely, about the company’s innovative approaches to promoting professionalism and staff training.
